Pat and her two daughters are what makes the "by George" Team! The have been working together now as a family team for 12 years. Pat has been in the business for 24 years and the girls spent a lot of time in school and college helping Pat to get her career off and running.

 Lynn and Susan both went out and started other opportunities and came back around to join Pat and form the "by George" Team! Our family looks forward and are ready, willing, and able to help Your family with all of their real estate needs!

Susan is a graduate from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte where she received a degree in Marketing. Prior to college, Susan worked as a sales representative for 4 years in the retail industry. After graduation, she entered into a sales career selling office equipment. She has also had experience in the mortgage industry originating loans.

Susan has her N.C. Real Estate License and joined the "by George" Team 12 years ago. Susan's responsibilities are to show property, write and negotiate offers to purchase for prospective buyers, follow the process of the sale to closing. Susan also assists Pat with listing homes by working with sellers to negotiate offers, repairs, and follows the sale to closing.

Lynn comes to the "by George" Team with 6 years of experience in office management and has been with the team for 13 years. Lynn wears many hats in her role of Team Manager. Lynn assists with marketing, computer support, appointment scheduling, accounting, and makes sure everyone keeps on schedule.

 In her position, her primary responsibility is to make sure that the sellers and buyers proceed efficiently and without problems. Additionally, she keeps our client informed on selling and the closing progress. She is focused in working with seller's from the time we list their house until it goes under contract and then to closing, making sure everything is coordinated and communicated. She is dedicated to the needs of all our clients. Lynn also attended the Star Power University with Howard Brinton Seminars on Team Training and Systems Implementation.
